Who we are
ASTech is a recruiting agency based in the United States. We help companies hire for AI and tech roles, and we help job seekers find work. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean ASTech.
What we collect
- Details you send us. When you use our contact form or email us, we get what you choose to share. This can include your name, email, company, LinkedIn profile, and resume. It can also include details about the role you are hiring for, or the job you want.
- Basic technical data. Our website host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, browser type, and the pages visited. Netlify uses these logs to run and protect the site.
We don't use advertising or analytics tools on this site, and we don't set cookies. Our fonts are stored on our own site, so loading a page doesn't send your data to a font service.
How our contact form works
Our contact form doesn't store anything on this website. When you press send, your own email app opens with your message filled in. Nothing reaches us until you send that email. We then receive it in our company inbox.
How we use your information
- To reply to you.
- To understand what you need, whether that is a new hire or a new job.
- To match job seekers with roles, and roles with job seekers.
- To keep simple records of our conversations with you.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
When we share your information
- With hiring companies, only with your OK. If you are a job seeker, we won't share your resume with a company until you say yes to that role.
- With the services we use to run our business. This includes our email provider and our website host. They handle your information only to provide their services to us.
- When the law requires it. For example, to respond to a valid legal request.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while it helps us work with you, and for a reasonable time after that for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we have about you.
- Fix anything that is wrong.
- Delete your information.
- Stop contacting you.

Keeping your information safe
We use trusted providers and keep access limited to our team. No way of sending or storing data online is perfect. Please don't send sensitive details like Social Security numbers, bank details, or health information.
Children
This site is for adults who are hiring or looking for work. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
